Following the digitalization of the world, there's been an increased use of machines, AI, and all forms of automated technology in workplaces. These have both negative and positive impacts. To begin with, one important aspect of automation in the workplace is the ease of workload and the efficiency it brings to every job. An example is in heavy-duty jobs where a lot of energy is required; machines make these tasks easier. Secondly, the machines educate workers on new skills and processes, which can enhance their capabilities and adaptability in an evolving job market.
