For example, I strongly believe that remote work strongly affects communication skills because when you work remotely, like from home, online, knowing office, you spend less time to talk to people. And in this way your communication skills became more stronger than they could be if you work at office or something like this. And in this way I also believe that it affects the personal estimate, the self-assistime, I’m sorry. Because when you spend a lot of time talking to people you have more self-esteem than people rather than people who spend less time to talk to people because they are afraid of talking to strangers.
