When it comes to culture consumerism, I believe that it is almost inevitable that we will fall prey to cultural consumerism since we are surrounded by influences from within internet and in real life from our peers. We can’t exactly avoid it if you want to stay in tune with society nowadays. I believe that to avoid cultural consumerism you have to inevitably try to remove yourself from trending aspects of consumeristic bloggers as well as a lot of the internet personas that influence the way that we dress, the way that we buy things from day-to-day basis. In the end, even if it is possible, it will be a much harder task than it might sound like.
