Okay, the government can support local and regional art science with making some meetings, giving them some monthly or weekly payments. They have more interested in it, they can interest in it, and they can draw more, make some art more than they think for their payment or it can be like a sale their art in some places make some places for say selling their art I I think it also can be very helpful for development of local and regional arts teams.
