I think local artists and musicians should be funded by the government so they can produce better music. This will also contribute to cultural heritage. Artists should have the freedom of speech since they represent their own communities. This is another example of artists' contributions to our community and society. If these measures are taken, then we can have a better, richer cultural heritage.
