Although there have been ways to address the issues of income inequality, especially in my country, Nigeria, there are many effective implementations and strategies that can be made to look into this. For example, if the minimum wage is increased, it has to be applied across the board. For instance, teachers at level 12 are paid an amount that is much lower than that of level 9 health practitioners, and both of them are civil servants. I think the issue of income inequality is significant. Let's agree that in a country like Nigeria, we should be paid by the hour, as is done in other countries. There should be a fixed rate for teachers that is not much lower than that of health practitioners. Being paid by the hour would allow people to understand that they are working for a specific amount of time and being compensated accordingly. This way, individuals can see their income as a reflection of the effort they put into their jobs. They would be paid according to the work they do and the strength they bring to their roles. This approach could help address the disparities in income and create a more equitable system for all workers.

For example, if the minimum wage is increased, it has to go across both. Okay, for example, teachers are, their level 12 is taking a salary that they are paid an amount that is much more lower than level 9 as a head practitioner. And both of them, they are civil servants. Because I think the issue of this incomminability, let’s just all agree that in a country like in a country like Nigeria, we are going to be paid for R just as they are done in other countries. There will be a fixed rate for teachers that will not be at very low or much more lower than that of health practitioners. And so being paid by R would have would make people okay I’m working for Pasifala kind of R and I am being paid for soon so our this is my income this is also income I am working I am being paid according to the efforts I am bringing that I have been paid according to the workforce according to the strength I am putting in my job.
