First and foremost, I would like to mention that it's really essential for students to work in small groups because this will help them share their ideas with their peers. Working in groups is not only essential for sharing ideas but also for improving numerous skills. One of the most important skills when it comes to working in groups is problem-solving and teamwork. So, there is no doubt that it's really essential. Mind you, when it comes to individual work or individual performance, I would like to mention that it's also pivotal to do your best and work individually in order to enhance skills related to you. For instance, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication skills. Last but not least, there are several social skills students could enhance by working in groups. For instance, communication skills, teamwork skills, and skills that will help students enhance their social skills for their future or career prospects.
