Okay, well I'm starting my speaking part 2. Today I'm going to talk about the positive change in my daily routine. First of all, I'm the type of person who cannot do a lot of things in one day and I don't have a really busy schedule. I try to just enjoy my day, and because of that, I also don't love to get up early. However, I changed this two weeks ago. Because I'm preparing for IELTS, I started to wake up early in the mornings, usually at 6 a.m. Every morning, I start my day by reading an article, and that's one of the first routines of the day. After that, I keep a diary, and I also started that routine two days ago. I write in my diary about things that happened the day before, and if I have some problems from the day before, I write about them in my diary and just forget them. It really helps me work with my anxiety and my aggressiveness. I think that's the best positive change I've made in my daily routine: getting up early in the morning. It allows me to focus on healthy things that will develop my mindset.
