One time I decided to buy a new shirt during my journey with my friend on the online platform. Everything seemed to be in check. I chose the item and sent my order. For the following days, I realized my order hadn't been delivered. When I checked the delivery status, I saw my order was still at the warehouse. I was really confused because my picnic would take place the next day. With a remote, I called customer service, and they explained that my order had been lost and required me to reorder. They apologized and gave me a discount voucher for my next purchase. Though I was really upset, I had to accept it.
