I completely disagree with this statement because there are several types of crimes. Most are dangerous, and the authorities should give them a proper punishment. However, there are also some punishments that are not valued. If a person who commits that type of crime should be understood, it was good or bad. If he understands it, he cannot commit it again. That's why I believe not all crimes should have the same punishments. Thank you.
