Yes, in my perspective, employees should set their own goals so that they can work more efficiently and effectively. When they set their aims in life, they will produce more output and increase productivity. Hence, it will not only benefit the employer, but it will also help the company achieve its goals in the competitive market by setting goals. An employee can set a target for themselves regarding what they want to pursue while doing their work.

When they will set their aims in life, they will produce more output as well as increase productivity.
