I think it's a good idea to discourage people from speaking loudly in public places, as it can be disruptive. However, I realize it's not practical to ban people from talking altogether. Instead, we should focus on raising awareness about noise pollution. Signs could be installed in public areas reminding people to keep their voices down. These signs should clearly state that loud talking can disturb others and contribute to noise pollution. This would not only increase awareness but also help people understand the impact of their actions on others.
