Good evening, teacher. Today, I have prepared and I'm ready for this topic. So here's my response. In this day and age, finding jobs is gradually becoming challenging for people, especially the young. From my perspective, there are a range of reasons for this tendency. First and foremost, recruitment has become more daunting. A number of applicants apply for the same position, and thereby, businesses are forced to select the best candidates, often leaving those with lower ability and qualifications behind. This creates a competitive environment. Moreover, we are seeing fewer opportunities and benefits. Huge companies tend to favor candidates who have hands-on experience, which results in fewer opportunities for recent graduates or those with less experience compared to others. To address these problems, I think it is necessary for students to assess their skills, and families should ensure that they are well-prepared to find their goals and professions for the future. They should also make sure that students have the right guidance to pursue their careers and create opportunities for them to follow their professional paths, including HR and career activities for those who aspire to be competitive candidates.
