Well, that is why I am concerned. It depends on the job because different types of jobs require various types of skills, demand, education, and so on. So, if everyone got the same salary, as a result, all professions will lose their interest and motivation to work hard because they spend their valuable time and effort behind their success. So obviously, they should get a higher salary than others. So if the cleaners, rickshaw pullers, or engineers and doctors get the same salary, so after that, they pay all of the demand. So, all employees should get the salary according to their demand. For example, the doctors and engineers get the highest paid in our country because doctors save our lives and also the engineers build buildings which is very beneficial for society. So I think that's it.
