And a lot of it comes down to our diet. People who have balanced diet usually can expand their lifespans. They can increase their energy levels, become more productive and like sphere of their life. And with that in mind, I have been really curious in trying my hand at dietology. As you know it has become a kind of bus. Kind of bus. A lot of people are interested in this subject. There are many people who are doing it just for oven SA. But I also know others who want to gain credentials so that they build a career in this field or run a vlog where they advise to people. So my am behind this is to improve my own diet and learn about how different ingredients interact with each other so that we get enough protein, fiber and crabs. I mean healthy crops. This way I believe I will be able to show up myself.
