There are several people in my life who are special to me, but one of the best is my mother. Her name is Isanna. She always makes delicious food for me. Last year, for my birthday, she made my favorite dish, paneer. It's an Indian dish. I don't usually eat paneer from restaurants because it often makes me feel sick. But my mom makes it from scratch at home, and it's the best I've ever had. She's the best cook I know. Whenever I ask her for something, she makes it for me promptly, without any hesitation. She doesn't even need to look up a recipe on YouTube. She just knows how to make everything. She's incredibly fast in the kitchen. So, the best meal I've ever had was the paneer my mom made for my birthday. It was truly special.
