Actually, my birthday is in the summer, so I haven't often had the chance to celebrate it with my friends because they're usually away at school or on vacation. But today, I'm going to talk about my 23rd birthday. I celebrated it with my friends and my sister. My sister organized a surprise party for me, and I had no idea which of my friends would come. Even my friends who lived in other states came to celebrate with me. We went to a restaurant that had live music and dancers. We danced and sang songs all night, and I can't forget about this birthday because I'm actually a shy person and I don't usually dance or sing in public. It was a real breakthrough for me. I'll always remember that day. It was the first birthday that I hadn't celebrated with my family. My birthdays are usually more like a tea party with my relatives. They all cook desserts and savory dishes and we eat them with tea. So, my 23rd birthday was memorable because it was different from all the others.
