I met my friend when I was in kindergarten, and we have been friends ever since for close to eight years. My friend is tall, has a bit of a tan skin, and is a very calming and quiet type of person. The thing that is most special about him is that ever since we were young, he's always been so willful, focused, and committed to his goals. For example, he even tied himself to a chair and told himself that he wasn't going to get up if he didn't finish his homework. That's how willful and strong his mindset was. We have been friends for close to eight years, and he's always been that rival who I could look at and push myself to the limits. I would go to him and ask, have you finished your homework? He would always say yes. If by that time I hadn't finished my homework, I would always think to myself, what am I doing? Why is he this good? He has always been a pushing force that has given me more strength, and he's given me more opportunities than he can.
