Well, if I had to choose someone, I would choose Santosa. He is a Nepali chef based in London. He is known for competing in the UK's reality cooking TV series BBC MasterChef and was the first runner-up. Santosa is credited with popularizing Nepali cuisine in the UK and worldwide. Actually, I am interested in cooking a variety of dishes. I like serving food in different styles. Santosa is my inspiration. I also want my cultural dishes to be popular. I want to work with him to learn cooking skills from him and also the creativity he uses while cooking and serving the food. So in the future, whenever I get the chance, I would love to work with him.
