I would like to talk about a situation when I was complaining in a company. I went to the bank for important issues, like emergency system issues for my visa. When I arrived, the bank manager told me that the bank's printer was broken and said I should come back the next day. After the incident, I returned the following day, and the bank manager said the same thing. I got angry because of my emergency issues, so I decided to complain about this. I went home, gathered some files, and contacted the bank's higher authorities. I sent an email detailing the incident, and the higher authorities told me they would fix this.
