Well, I'm the kind of person who does not complain a lot. However, there were some moments when I needed to complain about something. It was about 2 years ago when I went to my cousin's house to meet my friend's father. After that, we went to a well-known restaurant in the city with my family members and my grandfather. Upon reaching the restaurant, I called the waiter to show me the menu so I could order some food. At that time, the waiter's behavior seemed suspicious to me, and he was very rude. I then called the manager to complain about the waiter's behavior and how he treated the customers. The manager apologized, inquired about the waiter, and promptly fired him. I felt proud that I stood up against the wrong behavior. It was a satisfying moment for me to take a stand. My family members appreciated my actions. I was very satisfied with the outcome.
