At that time our teacher divided us into groups and chose me as the team leader. At first some of the team members were confused and nervous. I acted as a motivator and tried to give them confidence. During preparation we helped each other practice speaking and pronunciation. On the competition day I stayed column and motivated my team. Thanks to our I divided tasks equally so everyone could participate and we supported our ideas and shared ideas to each other. Thanks to our teamwork, we emerged victorious in the competition. I felt extremely proud because my leadership helped the team succeed. Overall, that experience taught me how important responsibility and communication are. It also improved my confidence and teamwork skills. Since then I have become more active in group activities. I really enjoy being a leader and supporting others. And it was one of the most memorable experiences in my life.
