Did not want to miss any opportunity to get knowledge about her health. After that I asked him that why some people are suffering from heart. To then he said that there are many reasons behind this. First of all many people are consuming fast food cakes and uh. Baries which are very dangerous for their health. Apart from that the lifestyle of individual like uh. Stress and lack of exercise also plays significant role in heart attacks. After that I said that how we can avoid heart attack problems. Then he said that uh. We should drink hot water and also follow low fat diet which can help to improve our health. And I was so impressed with the he’talking as she never um think that u. Um. But um.
