And because we have such an impressed diversity and it’s been prepared for many years, it has become a traditional and very popular food item in Uzbekistan. I’m sure that many tourists coming to our country associate this dessert with our people and our country. I often find it on tables of different events as well, like if I’m at a public event or it’s a traditional festival, it’s the first thing I look for is a tea and some Halba because it’s different from chocolate in many ways and because I don’t get to eat on a daily basis, it feels more special to consume.
