Although I have more than one hobby, running would be my favorite. I enjoy running for several reasons. First of all, running keeps me healthy. Secondly, some people believe that exercise is the most effective medicine, and I would agree with them because it lowers our chances of illness, such as heart attack and cancer. The second reason is that running makes me joyful. When we run, our bodies release chemicals like dopamine, which makes us feel joyful. Finally, running teaches me and keeps me healthy and joyful. I remember I started running when I was of school age. I started running when I was a kid.
