I believe that they should be preserved just as well as any historical artifact because not preserving these historical monuments would essentially erase history and well if we erase history we will never be able to learn from it and that could cause like these cultural racial and outdated rallies to resurface in the future and this would definitely be a lot more negative than just preserving these historical monuments properly instead of trying to bury them underground.
