I believe that everyone has the right to explore the arts and have basic access to culture. That's what makes us human. When people learn about the culture and arts of their country, they gain insight into their historical background, where they came from, and who their ancestors were. Knowing your history helps you identify yourself and clarifies the path you are on. Therefore, I think access to arts and culture should be considered a basic human right, socially and equally, as it is often unequally provided in the law. This right must be strictly upheld, I believe.

I think I believe considerably that every one of people have the right to explore arts and basic access to culture. That’s what makes them human. they get to know more about the culture and arts of the country, they’re gonna know more about their background history, where they came from, or who the ancestors were. So, knowing your history would make yourself identifying it would make yourself very clear what kind of path you are leading on so I think it has to be considered as a basic human right social power socially and equally just unequally given the right in the law so it has to be strictly followed I guess.
