Well, I think it helps a lot or provides significant help to people and different levels of people socially. I think it can make different people from different parts of the country applying for different jobs or a wide range of jobs. For example, if a job is offered in Baghdad, a person from Babel or Al-Basra can apply to it and can get it if he has the right qualifications and a respectful and enough qualifications.
