One advantage of changing jobs is the opportunity to experience a new environment and potentially find greater job satisfaction. A new job can expose you to different work cultures and broaden your professional horizons. However, there are also disadvantages. Adapting to a new workplace, building relationships with colleagues, and understanding the company's systems can take time and effort. It's important to weigh these factors carefully before making a decision to change jobs.

Promise of the changing job. I think that is to um, see a new environment, uh, and to get more job satisfaction. If you change your job because of it, then uh, to see a new, more broad um, environment in your work cr uh, I think that is maybe being in a new community while people are in new place, uh, adaptation process takes maybe a long time than others. Also to get your job and being connection connected with ah, your co workers and know the system of this company um, can take more time than you think.
