However, on the other hand, on the minus side, you should distance from your previous colleagues that it may change your mind, which leads to dissatisfaction with your opportunities for a while in the new job. For example, uh, about ten years ago, I started new position in a new firm. Uh, and it really was good experience for me because I learned a lot of things and I, uh, knew with the new technologies that was, um, very good for my personality skills as well.
