Individuals would encounter different difficulties when it comes to learning a new sport. First of all, there is the fear of injuries, as some sports can put players in dangerous situations that can cause life-threatening injuries, such as bungee jumping, parachuting, or even common sports like football or volleyball; they all carry a risk of injury. I think that's the first challenge. The other challenge is that they may face significant obstacles in maintaining a fixed schedule for practicing a sport because they can easily get off track and be distracted by daily distractions.
