I think many things will happen to historic places or buildings in the future. First, especially if places are popular, the government will enhance them to attract visitors and provide enjoyment. On the other hand, if places are not popular in my country, authorities might demolish the buildings and construct modern ones in their place. That's why I believe that historic places and buildings will face a variety of changes in the future. Some will be preserved and enhanced, while others might be replaced with modern structures.
