For example, excessive use of modern technology like computers, smartphones, and tablets can lead to eye strain and even mental health issues. It's crucial to use these devices in moderation to avoid negative health consequences. Secondly, modern technology can be expensive to maintain. Keeping up with the latest devices and software requires significant financial investment. It's not always easy to access reliable information, and the constant need for upgrades can be a burden. Overall, while technology offers many advantages, it's important to be aware of its potential drawbacks and use it responsibly.
