There are quite a few things that bring me joy, but I think the biggest one is spending quality time with people I care about, whether it's having a deep conversation with a close friend or simply sharing love with my family. These moments really lift my spirits. I also find happiness in small accomplishments, like finishing a task I have been putting off or receiving positive feedback on something I have worked hard on. In general, I'm happy when I feel connected, appreciated, and productive.
