Well, there are quite a few things that cheer me up. For example, I would be very happy if somebody gave me a good compliment about my knowledge and appearance. Apart from that, I also love the feeling of belonging. Having a deep connection with my family or sharing moments with my group of friends both brighten my days and release my emotions.
