From my perspective, those peoples who are leading a team must be very much confident about their roles and responsibilities. Once they gain such amount of confidence, then I think it will be very beneficial for them to elaborate, uh, such kind of typicalult tasks to their team if they look very confident to them. And uh, most of the time, it is also seen that uh, the subordinates also ask so many questions to their leaders. And if the person is not person is nervous and not able to attend those questions means people can make fun of him. And uh, even though I believe those people should not be like, uh, great leaders. So in order to become leaders or any public motivator, public motivation speaker, then those people must be very much confident about their topic and about their role.
