Mature people tend to keep promises when hanging out with their coworkers or loved ones, even if they don't realize how busy they are. At the end of this process, distrust can develop among them. Another promise could be accepting a wedding invitation but not keeping it, resulting in not attending the wedding or something similar. However, I believe that if people keep their promises, their interpersonal relationships would be at a better level, and this process can enhance their future network.
