Actually, there are different kinds of reasons why people break rules. First of all, they may not know what the rule is or they may not understand where they live. Some people really enjoy breaking different kinds of rules in public or in other places; they actually find pleasure in it. On top of that, if they break something important, they think that everybody will look at them, and they can attract a lot of attention and interest from the public.

Actually there are different kind of reasons why they do this. First of all they don’t actually know what the rule is or they don’t understand where they live. So or maybe some kind of the people who are really enjoying from the breaking different kind of rules in the public or in some kind of other places, they actually enjoy it. On top of that if they break something is important, they think that everybody can look at them and they can attract a lot of people and they can attract interest of public.
