Well, these days, most young generations are faced with heavy pressure from all aspects of their daily lives. Personally, I think corporations could push a lot of policies to help the newcomers and some low-income employees or families. Many people can't afford the expenses of purchasing a house. I think this time, corporations can pay more attention to this issue. They can provide allowances and create more simple jobs for newcomers to give them a chance to support themselves without relying on their parents or their families.
