In my perspective, I think with those persons who are arriving late to their workplace, with them should do some advice so that they can remember this advice and they can keep that advice in their mind. Though they understand the rules and regulations of any companies where they are working, and sometimes they also do these steps of work by their own and they just don’t want to work from the agreed time and they don’t want to engage with their colleagues on time. And if any owner or the responsible person will give any advice positively, not negatively, so that they can keep that in their mind and they will be able to imagine the shame so that in the next time they can sustain the rules and regulations of the companies where they are working.
