You can hear loud noises in many places. For example, at parties, on busy roads with cars going by, or at concerts. These are all situations where there's a lot of activity and noise. Sometimes people use loudspeakers for events, and neighbors might have to deal with noise from each other.

Uh, there are certainly we uh, face a loud noise, uh, for example, in parties or uh, in road when uh, vices are going and coming. That time we face a loud, uh, or, ah, excive noise and mo for theore all are making more we also noise. Uh, then people use loudspeakers for functions or neighbors are supposed to bear the noise.
