I think it depends. There are a lot of good shop owners who appreciate when customers give complaints by talking with them. They receive the complaints and provide advice. However, there are many shop owners or managers who do not accept complaints when customers write them. They don't value written complaints unless the customers meet the owner in person and express their concerns directly.

I think it depends. There are a lot of good shop owners if any customers give complaints by talking with them. They receive the complaints and they give advice. However, there are a lot of shop owners or managers like if customers give complaints by writing. They don’t accept it. They don’t give value to it unless the customers meet the owner in front and tell the complaints.
