Oh, I think companies always encourage employees to compete with each other. I think it will make the employees work harder, and they will pursue good grades in the company. They really want to surpass others, so they will learn more technologies and skills. For example, if you want to surpass others, you must raise your efficiencies in the company. After that, you can do many tasks to surpass others. This not only improves the skills of the employees but also enhances the efficiencies in the company. So that's pretty much it.
