Some people find it very challenging to make decisions. This can happen due to several factors. Firstly, perfectionism hinders people from making quick decisions because they believe that there is only one good option that they should find. Secondly, fear of regret. People are unwilling to make any decisions because they believe that they will regret it in the future and suffer from a wrong decision. Finally, some people have low self-trust. They think that it is better to ask someone for advice because it seems to them that they are not good at making decisions and that their decision will fail.
