There are several reasons that people face challenges in having relaxed time or unwinding a little bit in this modern life. The first reason is their mobile phones because today I see a lot of people glued to their mobile phones, and they are exposed to and bombarded with a lot of information and expectations from them. Phones are like a double-edged sword that brings many drawbacks as well as benefits. Another reason I think people have a tough time relaxing is the sense of urgency that some people experience.

There are several reasons that people are facing challenges having relaxed time or to be unwinded or to be unbound a little bit in this modern life. The first reason is their mobile phones because today I will see a lot of people that are glued to their mobile phone and they are exposed and being bombarded to a lot of information and expectations from it. So phones are a double, is phone is like a double-edged sword that brings a lot of drawbacks embedded in it as well as the benefits. Another reason that I think that people are having tough time being relaxed is the sense of urgency that some people are having.
