I'd like to talk about the dumplings at the Spring Festival, which is the most essential traditional festival in China. Dumplings are one of my favorite foods during this festival. They are small, round, and filled with meat and vegetables. We usually eat dumplings during the Spring Festival while staying together. Dumplings are very common in China and suitable for all ages. We eat dumplings during the Spring Festival, which is also called Chinese New Year. This is the most important festival in China, similar to Christmas Day in the UK. During this festival, people gather and enjoy big meals. Dumplings are always the main dish at this dinner. Eating dumplings symbolizes good luck for the next year. I don't know how to make them because I am a student and don't have much time to learn. Most of the time, I say my mother makes them. However, I know a bit about how to make them. You need some tasty meat, vegetables, and spices. If I really want to eat dumplings, I go to the shopping mall to buy instant dumplings and then boil them. I really enjoy them because when I eat dumplings, it brings back memories of Chinese New Year. Now that I am at university alone, they remind me of home and family reunions. In my heart, they represent love and tradition.
