My country is a traditional country, and its people value their customs and traditions and tend to celebrate them whenever they can in order to mark different events. In my country, people cook different meals, all of which are really delicious, but one of them stands out for me, which is ash that is eaten on Yalda night, the first day of winter each year. The ingredients of ash are vegetables, beans, rice, and meat, and it requires a professional chef to cook it because it's a demanding dish that needs a lot of attention. These days, this food is made by our grandmothers. We really like it because of its taste, which takes us back to our childhood. I really like this traditional dish because it is a symbol of love and helping each other.
