I don't think so. I have a bad memory when it comes to memorizing things, especially numbers. But I sometimes take supplements, like minerals and vitamins, to increase my cognitive skills and improve my memory.
I have a good memory, especially for details and events. It helps me in my work and daily life. In my case, I am good at memorizing my family or friends' birthdays.
