The Cambodian delegation, led by Colpeng Vartanet, an undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Education, joined Cambodian students studying in Russia online on the 15th. The meeting occurred while Vartanet led the delegation to participate in the 2025 International Information Technology Conference, organized by the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in Russia.
