Do most people fulfill their promises?

Unfortunately, that's not the case. They often fail to deliver on their promises. I'd really appreciate it if they followed through on what they say. It seems that they sometimes forget their words or choose not to keep their commitments, often inventing strange excuses to justify their actions.
